Emedi Health Plus provides healthcare consultation, wellness, and insurance services. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of emergency, please call 911 immediately.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We request 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to practitioner availability.
4. Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept most major insurance plans. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits and copayments.
5. Limitation of Liability
Emedi Health Plus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
